On your first appointment brief details of your medical history will be discussed and recorded. This is to allow me to get a clearer picture of you as a person and identify any heath issues you want to address. This also enables you to discuss any concerns you may have and find out more about what happens during a Classical Kinesiology treatment.

Each treatment will last between one hour and one and a half hours. You will be asked to lie comfortably on a couch, you will not need to remove any clothes apart from your shoes.
